The charges are at a weekly rate and include rental of the whole apartment, including electricity, heating, building insurance etc; As well as cleaning and laundry services*.
High season- May- September- £700 per week.
Low season- October- April- £550 per week.

N.B. All service charges* are included in the weekly charges:
*Laundry and cleaning costs 80 Euros per week and 20 Euros covers consumables, general repairs and materials. We apply a standard and pre-paid laundry/cleaning service included every week while the apartment is occupied.

Use of bikes (2 adult bike available) is an optional extra of 10 Euros per bike per week.

A cash deposit** of 250 Euros is required as security- to cover any damage, loss or breakage. This must be given to the managers at the start of any rental period. This deposit will be returned - minus any replacement/repair fees at the end of the rental period on return of keys.**For regular UK guests a UK cheque may be acceptable.
